Entrance Test and Enrolment Procedure for Foreign and Visiting Students

Foreign Students

STEP 1: Pass the requirements to the Registrar’s Office

  • Registration Form
  • Original Birth Certificate (PSA Copy for Filipino students)
  • Original or Certified True Copy of the Report Card
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 4 pcs. 1×1 Picture of the Child
STEP 2: Payment of Testing Fee
STEP 3: Verification of the Requirements
STEP 4: Wait for a feedback from the Guidance Testing Services for the schedule of test

Schedule of Testing are the following:

  • January to March – every Saturday (AM only)
  • April to May – as scheduled
STEP 5: Schedule of Examination and Completion of Parent’s Questionnaire

(During the time that the child will take the test, a parent is required to fill-up the Parent’s Questionnaire Form)

STEP 6: Confirmation of Test Results by Email and Printed Copy
STEP 7: Scheduled Interview of the Parent and the Student with the School Director
STEP 8: Passing of other Requirements for Enrollment


  • ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) or i-Card
  • Passport (photocopy)
  • Permanent School Records
  • 4 pcs. 1×1 Picture of the Regular Fetcher
  • Accomplished Medical and Dental Forms
  • Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Checklist for incoming Grade 1
  • NAT Result for incoming Grades 7 & 11
  • NCAE Result for incoming Grades 10 & 11
  • Student Special Permit (SSP) for those without NSO birth certificate and do not have dual citizenship

Student Special Permit Requirements

  • Passport of the student (Original)
  • Passport of the Parent/ Guardian (Photocopy only)
  • 2X2 picture with white background  –  4pcs
  • Address Abroad
  • Address in the Philippines

STEP 9: Payment of P10, 000 reservation fee (non-refundable) for a slot reservation
STEP 10: Completion of Tuition Fee and Other Fees within the month of May

Visiting Students

STEP 1: Pass the requirements to the Registrar’s Office
  • Registration Form
  • Copy of Passport and Visa
  • 4 pcs. 1×1 Picture
STEP 2: Verification of the Requirements
STEP 3: Payment of Testing Fee
STEP 4: Go to the Guidance Testing Services for the administration of the test.
STEP 5: Confirmation of Test Results by Email and Printed Copy
STEP 6: Completion of Tuition Fee and other Fees


  • Inform the Registrar’s Office when there is a need for a student to be transferred to another level.
  • No copy of the Test Papers shall be given to the other parties. Such documents are confidential.
  • Strictly follow the procedure.
